BTM Travel Logistics Management Lab Ltd., under the brand name Sea & Sunlife, provides marketing, advertising, and lead-generation services for locally licensed real estate agents and developers.

We exclusively market properties of our local partners and do not perform brokerage services ourselves (no proof/mediation activities within the meaning of § 34c GewO/DE, MaklerG/AT, or ZGB/OR/CH).

We do not accept purchase/rental offers, conduct contract negotiations, hold client funds, or act as a contracting party. Any commission claims arise exclusively between the client and the licensed brokerage company.

Cooperation partners / responsible brokers are named for each property; the legally required mandatory information (provider identification, energy data, commission notes, etc.) is provided by the respective local broker.
