This website runs without advertising or tracking services. There are no recognition cookies, no audience measurement, and nothing embedded from Google Analytics, the Meta pixel or anything comparable. That is why you see no consent banner.

We are not required by law to appoint a data protection officer.

Visiting the website

Each time a page is requested, our server processes technically necessary connection data: shortened IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, the referring page and the browser identifier.

• Purpose: delivering the page, operational security, defending against attacks.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning service.
• Retention: 14 days, then deleted automatically.

The server is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The data does not leave the European Union. A data processing agreement is in place.

Contact form and email

If you write to us through the form or by email, we process what you provide: your name, email address, optionally the property, project or company, the chosen topic and your message.

• Purpose: handling and answering your enquiry.
• Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about possible work together, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Retention: until your enquiry has been dealt with. Where it leads to a business relationship, commercial and tax retention periods apply.
• Recipients: your message is delivered to our mailbox as an email. Email delivery runs through ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany; our business mailbox is hosted by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.

The form contains a field invisible to people that only automated advertising programmes fill in. If it is filled in, we discard the submission unread. No personal data arises from this.

Fonts and external content

The Jost typeface is loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your browser transmits its IP address to Google in the process. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our interest in a consistent presentation.

Two images on the homepage are loaded from seaandsunlife.eu and toocoool.com. Here too your IP address is transmitted to the respective server. Both sites belong to our own group of brands.

Links to other providers

We link to LinkedIn, seaandsunlife.eu and toocoool.com. Data reaches those providers only once you click such a link. Their own privacy notices then apply.
